Bishop Bard dials back to Yellow Phase guidelines

In light of the increasing surge of the Delta variant, Bishop Bard has released a letter informing the United Methodist congregations of Minnesota that they are reinstating the Yellow Phase Covid guidelines of social distancing, indoor masking, and no congregational singing.
