Wesley offers a variety of options for children and youth.

Children's Ministries

There are many options for children at Wesley. We are devoted to providing a safe, fun and caring environment for children of all ages to connect with God. We are committed to not only introducing faith to children but also helping parents pass on faith to their children.

  • Nursery (for children aged birth through 3 years old) is available every Sunday morning during both services as well as on Wednesday nights for Faith Formation through the school year.  Our nursery is staffed by well-trained volunteers who are passionate about creating a welcoming environment for our youngest attendees.
  • Children’s Church is available for children aged 4 through 6th grade during our 10:30am worship service year round.  Our kids connect with God during this time through games, relationships and age-appropriate teaching.
  • Faith Formation classes are available for all ages on Wednesday evenings during the school year.  These classes are age-specific and are focused on learning about God through fun and activities.
  • Vacation Bible School is the highlight of the summer!  It is an action-packed week of fun and learning held in June.  It is free and open to the community.

Youth Ministries

Youth Ministries

Youth are an important part of the Wesley faith community. Youth (both middle school and high school) have a variety of options of ways to be involved in the life of the church including age-specific programming, small groups and yearly summer mission trips.

One of our core youth programs is confirmation. Confirmation is a one-year process in which youth spend time exploring faith.  Our eighth, ninth and tenth graders focus on topics like the Bible, theology, and church history and engage in variety of faith conversations as they focus on their own personal faith journey.

For more information about all things youth-related at Wesley, please contact Becky Wisted, Youth Director, or at the office (507) 452-6783.
